W.r.a.p.

 

W.R.A.P. (Worship: Relentless Artistic Production):

 

Students come and learn how to brainstorm different ideas for short films (videos) that glorify God. They will act them out,

learn to film them and edit them.

Other creative avenues they will explore are:

painting, drawing, animation, poetry.

 

W.R.A.P. is cancelled for the months of June - August.

Will begin again in September, 2011

 

Our ministry needs the following

new or gently used items:

Kid Friendly Paint

Pencil Sharpeners

Crayons

Art & Craft Instruction Books

Canvas

Paper (All types)

Art Chalk

Pencils, Brushes and Pastels

 

 

PUPPETS

Children 4th grade and older are welcome to join the puppets ministry. Puppets practices on Sunday mornings at 8:45am in the lower level of the youth building. We perform during church services, our Missions Conference and at the annual Ballard Seafood Fest and Greenwood Parade.

 

 

JR. PUPPETS

 

Children 1st - 3rd grade are welcome to join the jr. puppets ministry. Jr. Puppets practices on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm in the lower level of the youth building. At 7pm, the children are moved over to the Boy's & Girl's Class at the church. We perform during church services, our Missions Conference and at the annual Ballard Seafood Fest and Greenwood Parade.

 

PERFORMING ARTS

 

Performing Arts currently targets the youth within our church body. We learn and perform stick dances, skits to enhance sermons, human videos and hip hop dances to Christian songs. P.A. meet on Sunday nights from 7:00 - 8:30pm in the youth building.
